At the start of every year, we organise a “well being space” in a new destination (preferably with some sun). Over the last 3 years, we have covered Malta, Cyprus and Spain!
The break is essentially for our guests to take time out for themselves. The result is a wonderful community spirit with everyone being in service to each other and taking time out for themselves whenever they need it.
It includes :
1. A beautiful space in a beautiful location
2. A healthy meal plan with 3 meals a day, for 5 days
3. A gentle early morning workout in nature, often before dawn
4. Hydrotherapy : a detox bath and/or Foot soak
5. A day of Silence
6. Confidential one to one coaching
7. An afternoon of Collaboration – supporting individual ideas and businesses with advise, network connections and anything else which may show up
8. Plenty of free flowing conversations and time to think
9. A selection of films
10. Paint and coloured pencils for creative moments
10. A massage (this is provided locally and is not included in the cost)
11. No Wifi
We aim to use local services as much as possible to give back to our host country.
