NoorWorks Constellations © is a group experience which supports the development of groups, both as individuals and interpersonal. A safe space which allows for authentic conversations and co-healing. To re-connect and rejuvenate, and reconnect with your own inner source, while developing a deep connection with those in the space.
What will I be doing?
The process will be led by a member of the group as they do their work. .The impact of this will resonate with others in the space as they will also do their own work. It is unique to every individual. A chance for you to follow your own intuition rather than being led by someone else. To heal yourself while healing others and building a strong community base.
Simply show up and work with what comes up in the moment.
That's where the magic and wisdom lies.

What time should I be there?
The NoorWorks Constellations © starts at 8pm and finishes at 9pm. Please be at the venue on time, so we can begin on time.

The Somatic Journey
Created by Mahnaz Bhatti, The Somatic Journey© is an opportunity to quieten your mind and connect with your inner wisdom through natural movement and meditation. Somatic comes from the Greek word [σ?μα] (soma) meaning ‘body’.
The Somatic Journey© uses music and movement (all abilities) to help bring you back to your own natural rhythm in a safe space. Where your mind, body and soul can flow and take you beyond your mental limitations. Whether you’re afraid of the future, lacking confidence or unable to let go of past experiences, this process encourages you to explore and expand the ‘mental map’ that defines who you are and who you can be - intuitively.
It's said that the somatic mind (our body/physical makeup) has its own unique memory. Full of life experiences – our own and that of our ancestors – it’s one of the most powerful tools we have, but we don’t tap into its potential. The Somatic Journey© can help you tap into this and feel an authentic connection to your own wisdom.
What will I be doing?
Guided by Mahnaz, The Somatic Journey© is an invitation to move in whatever way suits you – and there’s no ‘right way’. Being in a safe space allows for an emotional, physical and spiritual connection. It enables you to let go, become more present, heal and rejuvenate, and reconnect with your own inner source.
There’s no physical contact with others, although there will be time and space to share your experiences, thoughts and feelings at the end, and maybe have a hug or two - if both parties consent!
The process is unique to every individual. It’s a chance for you to follow your own intuition rather than being led by someone else. Your own natural and personal path – within the session itself, and then maybe in life too.
It really is all about you.
