"My vision board process allowed me to touch into what is important to me in my life, what I want more of and what I want less of. Among the visions on my board was the quote 'a professional performance' - this was aimed at my dancing. Shortly after the visioning day,  I have been able to decide to attend a weekly dance class, learn a choreography and have perform it twice on stage. This part of my board has served as a regular reminder that being the best I can be in whatever I am doing is important to me and makes me feel good. I look forward to more visioning!"

"Thank you so so much again - a fantastic group of people that truly gave me a renewed hope and inspired me! Just wanted to add, I just got the best night sleep I think I have had in nearly 1 year and TOTALLY unaided. I don't think its a coincidence. Thanks so much for a magical day"

“The most enduring change since April has been change to my mind set.   Although my journey has been 1 step forward and 2 steps back;  the constant is that I am going forward and it is that thought and vision I hold onto.  The vision board helps me maintain focus on the changes that I need to happen but also that if I want changes in my life then I need to do something different.  I now try to think outside of the ‘norm’ to find solutions to problems. The other biggest thing from the event for me was meeting  different people and learning and opening myself to the different possibilities that are out there.”

Mandeep Rayat
"I'm good,  better than I was in April at the last workshop - I was severely lethargic and since then i have made changes to my health and well being. I feel an internal shift, my focus on how I view relationships in my life has changed a lot. I have more faith seeing God bring me through one or two major break up's with family this year and that has been a major part of where I am now. I realised with family a relationship only works when I give. I know more about how I want to be treated as a person and i am working on having it gravitate towards without me having to try."

Sam Fakir
"I can only say that I had a great experience on the one day course and would recommend my family and friends to go."

Fahad Khalid
“This has changed my perspective and perception about how can I be in control of my own life and be responsible of the decisions I make and sometimes life makes for me   .. it all boils down to “if you can dream it you can make it or create it” this workshop helps you in both i.e. how to dream it and how to make it happen”

"Life has definitely gravitated to a more positive state for me and my vision board is coming to light. My main theme on my vision board was increasing knowledge both spiritually ( Getting closer to Allah SWT and his teaching's) as well as increasing general knowledge towards finding a new career for myself. In the past 4 months I have passed both my QTS tests with a lot of revision and passed interviews to be accepted on to train as a science teacher. So a new start to my new career this September. I have had the most rewarding and fulfilling Ramadan this year where I have been able to be the most spiritual I've ever been and dedicated myself to learning and practising more about Islam. I have also become more active in my community through an increase in confidence levels and a real belief in myself and a general air of positivity. This journey will remain on the up inshaAllah and I hope to overcome a year tough studying and enjoy my new career. Spending lots of quality time with family and friends has also been a positive outcome and I'm excited to see what other doors open up for me in the future."

“One of my aims was to move from the centre I was working to a permanent position where I am now, I have been in post about 5 weeks. I really learnt a lot from the neurological levels and wanted to share this with my support group I have for women suffering domestic abuse, but felt I did not have enough experience in this but I think in future I will  share as much as I can as the principles I think will really benefit them. One of my aims was to join gym (first time in my life) and I did this the same week as the workshop – I have lost half a stone but its more about health and not weight loss for me but I’m heading in the right direction. Meeting everyone from Schools4Change has been a positive aspect in my life,  In the last few months the charity has got status and is getting stronger and stronger so that is another positive aspect in my life. I’m still working towards selling my house and being more spontaneous and travelling more which I haven’t done all year, but I am positive these will be achieved soon IA But overall things are positive and the workshop was a really enjoyable day. I am more positive and feel like I’m blessed with all that I have (don’t mean materialistically) and the people around me.”
