Are you a qualified coach?

If yes – come and join us for the second of our Facilitators Programme in a stunning venue in Scotland. 5 days (6 nights) of communal living, practising presence and throwing yourself into a vast space of nurturing creativity.

The days will be filled with time to explore your own personal way and style of facilitating groups and designing a day of “awakening”. There will be an opportunity to use the community to collaborate, challenge and experiment.

In the evenings you can sit by the pond in the Winter twilight, relax in the picturesque gardens, or even jump into the hot tub. The choice is yours as you navigate each day with one clear objective – to learn how to create and facilitate your own learning space for others.

Choose whether to stay in the stables which sleeps 6 and has ample kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining and library facilities. Or in the private eco-pod on the pond.

Come with a curious mind and leave with something practical from which you can build

Venue and travel details will be provided on registrations.

Our Facilitators

The beauty of NoorWorks facilitators programme is I had no idea what to expect and yet I knew something special awaits.  Sharing a space with people I’ve never met was scary, not to mention sharing spaces, responsibilities, cooking and opening my heart out as we would in our own experience of community or maybe not.

Having completed the programme, I’ve come away with a clearer mind. Mahnaz held the space to release pain and liberation, a space for intentional eating, reconnecting with nature all of which brought me home to myself. I learnt that being alive is not enough. We need love, community and connection to thrive and this is what the facilitators programme gave me and much more.

I told Mahnaz that I could never go back to living life the same way as before. I am still processing, and yet overwhelmed with the thought of what is possible for any one of us once we choose to Be and share ourselves generously and unapologetically with the world. The facilitators programme has reconnected me with my passion for Coaching, connecting with the community and trusting that we all have gifts that people are waiting for. It sounds dramatic yet I will say, I have not only come alive, I’m awake, and awake with a deepened sense of gratitude for myself, the people I shared with over the past 5 days, Mahnaz for creating and simply being and inviting us all to share ourselves with the world.”

THANK YOU for the most INCREDIBLE week in the stables.

The facilitators awakening programme surpassed all of my expectations and was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.

I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with the other noorworks coaches, create memories and engage in the most amazing experience of harvesting fresh fruit and vegetables to cook together. The setting was beyond belief with the labyrinth and stunning gardens as an ideal place to focus on our learning whilst being in nature.

I felt a place of peace and contentment away from the ‘real world’ whilst in our beautiful space on the stables and truly found the meaning of an ‘awakening’ so I can spread this energy to others as a facilitator in the near future.

All of the coaching exercises we did helped my own self growth journey as well as learning more about how to help others grow.

I unleashed my creative side in so many ways with my passion of cooking, art and dance, which we all enjoyed together and had the chance to be a part of!

I would highly recommend this programme to all coaches who want to really stretch themselves and push all boundaries to become facilitators.
