If there's a lull, it's time for a change in direction

"I have been to a lot of courses and I must admit this was very different. Most of the courses were not as relaxed as the one organised by Mahnaz. Even though it was in a group environment it seemed more of a one to one type of session. She was also always part of the session and it made it easy to express yourself. This is what I think of her as a trainer: Very comfortable to work with, a very big heart, brilliant sense of humour, the ability to take you to the next level with minimal effort. She is a very unique person especially on a one to one basis - An encourager. She has strengthen a lot of the PDP programmes that I have been on, such as extra belief in yourself as an achiever, a survivor regardless of whatever situation you find yourself in and lastly how human we all are.  Words really are not enough to describe her. You need to be part of her sessions to really feel, know and see what you can achieve with her. This is not just words."
Charles Baah (Training co-ordinator and IT Project Manager)

"I feel that I have gained a lot more confidence and also realise that i can speak in front of others (and sing). It has also made me realise what i am worth, in that i am capable of a lot more that i am giving myself credit for and that is because of you. Thank you very much, ... judes"
Judith Parker (Data Maintenance Manager)

"This training has certainly showed me to have a positive way of thinking, making me believe that I can do anything if I put my mind to it. You have brought us all closer together as a team, and this would have been difficult as we work in 3 separate buildings. We now think about each other, we understand and realise that we all have similar stresses and problems and to send out love to our colleagues. it was great to be able to relax and look into the mind and enhance my way of thinking."
Bernadette Brown (Team Leader and co-ordinator)

"Mahnaz took a group of us on some training on weekly basis. ...  I went to the session thinking it would be one of those sessions that waste time, but to my surprise it was an interesting session.  This beautiful woman sat in front of us looking very happy and relaxed, her appearance also made me feel happy and relaxed too.  The session was thought provoking and enjoyable.  I enjoyed it so much and I became committed to it.  Each session I found myself gaining knowledge and learning new things from both the group leader as well as from the contributions made by group members...Interestingly, I discovered that the group becomes very friendly to one another, care for one another and talk to one another more than before.  We pay more attention to each other. Mahnaz also taught anger management in style. I count myself lucky to have taken part in the sessions and it is my hope that some of us who are privilege to meet and take part in this training will emulate your personality. "
