When someone experiences failure, no matter how big or small, that individual has a higher degree of significant experience than most of their counterparts. It implies risk taking, lessons learnt, facing challenges and a high probability of taking responsibility which by in large, is a bigger challenge to most.
Having said that, we go out to succeed, we go out to do the best we can with the resources we have. Sometimes things just go wrong. Accept it. The experience is often a stepping stone to something bigger as long as the lessons are learnt and you keep moving forward.
Just because someone is different, it doesn’t mean they don’t fit in. They will have resources which will make an environment more successful. Collaboration rather than competition is the key. Instead of focusing at the competition, bring focus back onto yourself, your team, your organisation and your clients, that’s where success lies. You’re unique and you’re way can work.
